EMDR Consultant in Training (CIT) Collective

For EMDR Consultants-in-Training who want to grow a thriving consultation business — not just complete hours.

You know how to do great therapy. Now it’s time to learn how to guide others — and build a consultation business that feels good, not overwhelming.

The CIT Collective is where you’ll get the skills, support, and community to grow into the consultant you’re meant to be.

For certified EMDR therapists ready to take the next step toward becoming an Approved EMDR Consultant, this cohort-style program offers expert guidance and business support in an intimate group setting (maximum of 4 CITs). Over the course of the program, you’ll gain the skills needed to confidently lead other therapists toward certification while also building your consultation business.

In addition to group and individual consultations, you'll receive personalized business support.

I’ll help you refine your skills as a consultant while also teaching you how to market your services, grow your social media presence, and attract consultees. Through Slack, you’ll stay connected with your cohort, share insights, and collaborate on your journey together.

You’ll also get direct support from me to help you connect with potential consultees and start building a thriving, sustainable practice as an EMDR consultant.

What Makes this Program Different

Most CIT programs focus only on case consultation. This one is built to help you grow your identity as a consultant and business owner. You won’t just learn how to review a protocol, you’ll learn how to lead with confidence, attract consultees, and build a practice that reflects  your values.

You’ll also get:

  • Structured support that balances clinical growth with business development

  • A small, intimate group where you’ll get real feedback (not lost in a crowd)

  • A consultant who’s invested in your success — and will help fill your caseload through direct referrals

  • Ongoing connection via Slack to keep the momentum going between sessions

This isn’t just about checking off hours to meet requirements to become an Approved Consultant — it’s about becoming the kind of consultant that therapists really learn from and getting the business and marketing skills you need to have a Consultation Business!
