This program is for EMDR-trained therapists working toward certification.

Over 5 months, you’ll receive:

  • 10 hours of group consultation

  • 2 hours of individual consultation with Carly

  • Ongoing support in slack with the other therapists, Carly, and CITs.

You’ll stay with the same small group for the entire cohort, allowing you to build trust, deepen your work, and follow case progress over time.

The cohort is intentionally split into two groups of 4 therapists. Some sessions will be held in your small group for more individualized attention, while select sessions will bring both groups together for 2-hour combined learning and consultation.

This structure allows for both deep, focused case work and a broader sense of shared community and perspective.

What makes this cohort different:

  • You stay with the same small group each month
No starting over. No reintroducing your cases. Just real continuity.

  • Two 1:1 consultations with Carly
Personalized support for complex cases, stuck points, or deeper skill development.

  • Private Slack community
Stay connected between sessions to ask questions, share wins, and get support.

  • Intentional cohort size
Each cohort is limited to 8 therapists total, divided into 2 small groups of 4.

  • Occasional combined sessions
You’ll primarily meet with your core group, with select sessions bringing both groups together for shared learning and connection.

  • Built for real growth, not just hours
This isn’t just about checking a certification box. It’s about confidence, clarity, and placement in a professional community that lasts.

  • Connection to Carly’s CITs in The Collective
You’ll be able to connect with the CIT’s in the other CIT Cohort through slack.

This cohort is for you if...

✅ You're working toward EMDR certification and want support that actually helps you grow, not just check a box

✅ You’re tired of surface-level consults and want deeper case discussions and consistent connection

✅ You’ve been putting off certification and need a clear structure (and some accountability)

✅ You want to feel more confident using EMDR, especially when it gets complex

✅ You love the idea of community and learning alongside the same group of therapists each month
